Curious, structured, and still learning.

Final-year Information Systems student graduating March 2027, based in Vietnam. I build projects around real accounting and finance data — the kind that comes out of production ledgers, cost breakdowns, and tax credit workbooks.

Alongside my coursework, I've been working as an accounting assistant on Canadian film projects, which gave me a close look at real-world financial data. That's where most of my automation ideas come from.

Canadian Film & TV Production Accounting (Remote)

  • Working directly with an Accounting Consultant on production accounting and Canadian film tax credit preparation for two companies — a film production company and an audit firm.
  • Day-to-day work involves maintaining general ledgers, performing reconciliations (bank, credit card, vendor, payroll, GST/PST), preparing cost breakdowns, classifying production expenses for tax credit eligibility, and supporting audit documentation.
  • Also independently built automation tools in Python to reduce manual workbook processing and improve data quality.
